New 25,000 square foot single-story branch of the Baltimore County Public Library system.  Complete Commissioning provided full service Commissioning from the design phase through the end of the construction period.  The library was registered with LEED and achieved a LEED Silver designation.  Services included OPR and BOD review, construction document review, development and implementation of the commissioning plan, submittal review, systems verification and testing, issues log maintenance, preparation of the commissioning report, and verification of training. Jimmy Cachola also was the project manager in charge of the design of the library. CCI was contracted to provide Commissioning assistance for the project by the mechanical engineer.
