Leonardtown Middle School Limited Renovation

Complete Commissioning, Inc. has an open-end contract with St. Mary’s County Public Schools and Leonardtown Middle School’s limited renovation was the first project assigned under this contract. The school is more than 100,000 ft2 and is a single story school; it is being constructed in 5 phases over a period of two years. Phased construction while occupied is a major consideration in this project to minimize learning disruptions.

• Automatic Temperature Controls (ATC)

• Domestic Hot Water Systems
